Acupuncture and massage therapy are two viable healthcare options that should not go unnoticed. They provide relieve for a number of different ailments, and they are widely used throughout the world. In this presentation, Dr. Laura will explore with us the different types and techniques, as well as benefits, of each of these practices. She will do some demonstrations for us as well to help us see and learn how to help ourselves. Come ready to learn…and relax!
Dr. Laura Seid, DC, grew up in North Sioux City, SD, along with her 5 siblings. She attended Southwest State University in Marshall, MN. She graduated with honors and obtained a double major in Biology and Chemistry in December of 2001. In January of 2004 she started her chiropractic education at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. In November of 2007, Dr. Laura started Chiropractic Care of Owatonna. She and her husband were married in Owatonna in 2011 and they welcomed 2 daughters, Cora and Nyla. Dr. Laura is an active member of OBW and completed the Leadership Owatonna program. She is continually looking for way to enhance herself both professionally and personally to become a better chiropractor and community leader in Owatonna.
