Each year, Owatonna Business Women sponsors a scholarship for a member to participate in the OBW Leadership Program for Women. Please check back for the application link.

In addition, Owatonna Business Women sponsors one OBW member to participate and represent OBW in the Owatonna Area Chamber of Commerce's Owatonna Community Leadership Academy. This is a significant opportunity to take part in a community leadership program geared toward developing community leaders and engaging with the various aspects of the Owatonna community. 

To apply, OBW members must complete the internal OBW application and complete the OCLA application through the Chamber by the appropriate deadlines. The OBW member must be in good standing with a minimum of 1 full year of OBW membership at the time of application.
